We looked at three of our clients. We took a Dentist, Spine Surgeon and a Dermatologist, that all had similar scenarios, multiple vendors handling their marketing, a separate web site company, a marketing person, a designer and their in-house marketing/office manager.
After gaining access to their website, we noticed none of them had any analytics, so we set that up for them so that we could see what their traffic was after 30 days.
After we reviewed their websites, we came up with a plan of action to adjust their websites, add social media channels and links, develop and implement a digital strategy around their services and increase their brand awareness.
After about 3-8 months the traffic to their sites was exploding, new patient’s increased from 44% to 460%. We made more adjustments, new patient growth continued as we maximize their spend, while making sure their brands stayed relevant across all channels.
